  • You represent that you have the rights or permissions to submit such data and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • Zexok reserves the right to use this data in your digital NFC profile, card previews, support processes, and promotional materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zexok (Beaspirer) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

6. Termination of Access

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
